About Hailey

Hi, I’m Hailey Hansen, a 21-year-old senior at the University of Florida, where I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management. Based in Gainesville, FL, I’m actively involved with the Innovation Academy, where I’ve developed a passion for creative thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship. Alongside my studies, I’m working towards my private pilot’s license, which combines my love for adventure and my desire for continuous personal growth. I’m also earning certificates in project management to broaden my career opportunities and enhance my skills. Additionally, I have been with Apple for almost three years, specializing in technical troubleshooting, which has allowed me to develop strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

I am deeply passionate about education reform and empowering young minds. That’s why I started my mission, "Empowering Innovators and Entrepreneurs," which focuses on teaching elementary-aged students essential skills in financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Through engaging workshops and hands-on activities, I aim to inspire the next generation to become creative thinkers and problem solvers. I truly believe in the transformative power of education and am committed to equipping young learners with the tools they need to succeed in our ever-changing world.

When I’m not studying or working on my mission, I love spending time with my adorable golden Labradoodle, who brings so much joy to my life. Balancing my diverse interests, from being a student pilot to leading workshops for young innovators, I’m driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.
